Hokkien Mee
Hokkien Mee is a tranditional chinese style noodle which had been a favourite for Singaporeans. Swee Guan Hokkien Mee is famous and is always spotted to have very long queue. The noodles are well cooked and the gravy has a superior taste accompanied with fresh prawns. Well, the chilli also plays a part for the dish's taste as it blends in well with the noodles.

I agree with YourSingapore's comment saying "this Hokkien mee comes nicely moist, rich and robust." The appearance of this dish is appealing too and definitely tempting people to taste it by observing the queue. Overall, this Hokkien Mee is highly recommended for Singaporeans and even foreigners.

Prices : $3, $4, $5, $6, $8, $10

Wang Xing Hai Xian Guan
On 16th Nov 2012, I went to 121 Bedok Reservoir Road to tryout this chinese cuisine restaurant which was recommended by a friend. From my knowledge, many people came here to have their family dinner because there are many varieties and delicious.

Sheng Mian
This typical food you can find anywhere in most hawker centre is one of the favourite among Singaporeans. It is called Sheng Mian in Singapore and sold usually in "Zi Char", non-restaurant Chinese Cuisine. The golden crispy noodles are very appealing and filled with appetite just by looking at it. Accompany with delicious gravy and fresh seafood, the dish looks superior and very attractive.

Prices : $4, 6, 8, 10

Yi Mein
This is also a dish found in "Zi Char" which is called Yi Mein. Despite the messy appearance of the dish, it is a whole different story about the taste. The dark gravy is the source of the dish's taste. Delicious as it is, The combination of the smooth texture noodles and tasty gravy leaves me no room for limitations.

Prices : $4, 6, 8, 10

Jalan Tua Kong Branch Noodle Stall
On 11th Nov 2012, I went to Bedok Market Place to check out the famous noodle stall named
Jalan Tua Kong Branch. The noodle stall is well-known by many people and it really do worth waiting for the queue to taste it.

Mee Pok
The Mee Pok looks very appealing and the ingredients are fresh too. The noodles are very chewy and well done and also, the quantity of the ingredients are satisfying. The special thing that attracts me and i believe anyone else would be attracted is the chilli in the Mee Pok. The chilli was special unlike any other Mee Pok i tried. Though it is spicy, but the taste of the chilli blends in very well with the noodle.
A review from SoShiok's comment towards the Mee Pok was it is a cut above the rest. I agree with his illustration as it is the best Mee Pok for me comparing with any other Mee Pok I ate. Check out his reviews for more details!

Small : $3.50 / Medium : $4.50 / Big : $.5.50
 Dumpling Soup
The Dumpling is also a great match with the noodles. Despite the normal looking appearance, the secret lies in the dumpling ingredients! The pork in the dumpling is surprisingly sweet, along with the prawn which makes it taste overwhelmingly delicious. I recommend viewers who wants to try the Mee Pok to not forget adding on this delicious Dumplings!
